I'd like to say first of all that I don't hate Kylian. To me, he's an absolute crack, a world class talent. But talent is all he is, he's NOT a world class player, yet. We're talking about a player who's rarely watched, yet lauded as the flawless prodigy no one comes close to, in a generation where FdJ is the most technically gifted. We're talking about a player who supposedly carried Monaco, when in fact they won the league without him. We're talking about a player who helped Monaco reach a CL semi, but if his goals are excluded, Monaco would've qualified regardless. A player who's deemed a national hero, with only one good WC game, versus one of the worst teams of the competition, Argentina. We're talking about a player who helped Monaco reach a CL semi, but if his goals are excluded, Monaco would've qualified regardless. He became arrogant, he started disrespecting the oppositions on interviews, saying he will undoubtedly reach Messi's level, allowing himself to yell at teammates of Dani Alves' career and pedigree, a man who has titles more than Kylian has years of age. Cristiano Ronaldo for all his arrogance never dared look Scholes and Giggs in the eyes, Ibrahimovic didn't yell at Del Pierro, Vinicius doesn't dare to disrespect Benzema, Neymar who is the biggest prodigy since Messi shut himself near Leo. The media are screwing Mbappé. Last night wasn't a one off, it was a night of revelation of Mbappé's multiple flaws. I hope it's humbling for him on a personal level, because the media will turn on him one day. I hope he keeps on growing without paying much attention to the newspapers, or we'll lose a crack.
